Simply Music Player (“the App”) is an iOS music player developed by Seiru Oba (“we”, “us”). We have designed the App to operate without collecting any personal data about you.
We collect no personal data. The App does not include any analytics or tracking SDKs. No identifiers, no diagnostics, no usage logs are sent off your device.
Audio files you import from the Files app are stored locally inside the App’s sandboxed storage on your device. They are never uploaded to any server, shared with us, or shared with any third party. We have no access to them.
You are responsible for ensuring that audio files you import are ones you have the legal right to play. The App does not provide, distribute, or recommend any music content.
The App makes no outgoing network requests except those required by Apple StoreKit when you voluntarily purchase a tip (see Section 4). All other functionality, including album-artwork display, operates entirely offline using artwork embedded in your own audio files.
Tip purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We do not receive your Apple ID, email address, payment information, or any other identifying details. Tips are voluntary, non-refundable donations to the developer and do not unlock any content or features.
The App declares the iOS “audio” background mode so that music continues to play when the App is not in the foreground. No other permissions (camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos, etc.) are requested.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, an updated version will be posted at the same URL with a new “Last updated” date.

開発者は、ユーザーの個人情報を一切収集しません。本アプリにはアナリティクス SDK・トラッキング SDK は組み込まれていません。識別子・診断情報・利用ログのいずれも、デバイス外に送信されることはありません。
ユーザーがファイル App からインポートする音声ファイルは、デバイス内の本アプリのサンドボックス領域にローカル保存されます。これらのファイルが外部サーバーにアップロードされたり、開発者または第三者に共有されたりすることは一切ありません。開発者はファイルにアクセスできません。
インポートする音声ファイルは、ユーザー自身が再生する法的権利を有するものに限ります。本アプリは音楽コンテンツの提供・配信・推薦は一切行いません。
本アプリは、ユーザーが任意でチップを購入する際の Apple StoreKit との通信（第4項参照）を除き、外部ネットワーク通信を一切行いません。アルバムアートワークの表示を含むその他の機能はすべてオフラインで動作し、ユーザー自身の音声ファイルに埋め込まれたアートワークデータを利用します。
チップの購入処理は Apple の StoreKit を介して行われます。開発者がユーザーの Apple ID・メールアドレス・支払情報・その他の識別情報を受け取ることはありません。チップは任意の寄付であり、返金はできません。チップによってコンテンツや機能のロックが解除されることもありません。
本アプリは、バックグラウンドでも再生を継続するために iOS の “audio” バックグラウンドモードを宣言しています。それ以外の権限（カメラ・マイク・連絡先・位置情報・写真など）は一切要求しません。
開発者は、13歳未満を含むいかなる利用者からも、データを収集しません。
本ポリシーが変更された場合、同一の URL 上に最新版を掲載し、「最終更新日」を更新します。
